Upon purchase, the gallery includes a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, Marie France Cournoyer, the original creator and owner of the works. This document serves as a written guarantee from the seller that the work is an original. It provides security for the buyer, as it is a vital document in the event of a resale or transfer of the artwork.

The seller guarantees to be the author of the work. Upon sale, the seller transfers to the buyer the physical medium of the work and the rights of representation. However, the seller retains moral rights to the work as well as all reproduction rights.

SHIPPING
For Quebec and Ontario, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. For the rest of Canada and the United States, the shipping fee is $30.
The gallery commits to preparing and sending your order within 4 business days. Normal delivery times are 1 to 7 business days for Quebec and Ontario, and 4 to 9 days for the rest of Canada and the United States.
For international orders, the gallery will contact you personally to evaluate shipping costs and determine delivery times.

Une galerie à soi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event of a customer error in the shipping address, additional fees may be charged to correct the error.
The gallery's goal is your complete satisfaction. Should you wish to cancel your order for a reasonable motive (evaluated at the gallery's discretion), you must contact the gallery within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a refund, credit, or exchange, stating the reasons for your dissatisfaction. The gallery will do its best to accommodate you and commits to providing a decision within 48 hours of receiving your request.
In the case of a damaged frame, please contact the gallery within 10 days of the order with supporting photos. The frame will be replaced as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a full refund (excluding costs incurred at the time of purchase), all merchandise must be returned to the gallery in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and at the customer's expense. The refund will only be issued upon receipt of the merchandise.
